Aegisys migrated client Mailboxes to Microsoft 365 cloud off peak hours coordinating mail availability to off hours during migration services. Once all client mailbox's migrated successfully, we decommissioned local Exchange on premise resources demoting and ensuring no legacy pointers remain in the client AD structures.
This involved ensuring the integrity of client mail prior to migration, ensuring on premise exchange is patched to current levels prior to migrating, and that the end user(s) were notified through client management for a organized approach to the project.
Once arriving in Microsoft cloud, Client engaged our teams to future manage their email and making their infrastructure protected from PHISH attacks, Malware, and future education of users.
