• MyCloud — Aegisys’s private Canadian cloud hosting service
• Hero Support — Aegisys’s managed support model
• Family Shield DNS — Aegisys’s DNS filtering service
• Doc — the Aegisys mascot character, including all visual representations and associated dialogue

No implied license to use any Aegisys trademark, trade name, service mark, or brand asset is granted by these Terms or by access to the Site. Unauthorized use of Aegisys trademarks or brand assets is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under the Trademarks Act, S.C. 2014, c. 20 (Canada).

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this Site or any content from this Site for any of the following purposes without the prior written consent of Aegisys:

3.1 Reproduction & Distribution

• Copying, reproducing, republishing, uploading, posting, or transmitting any content from this Site
• Distributing, selling, licensing, or sublicensing any content from this Site to any third party
• Creating derivative works based on the content, structure, or design of this Site
• Mirroring or caching any part of this Site on another server or platform

3.2 Automated & Systematic Access

• Using any automated tool, bot, crawler, spider, scraper, or data mining application to access, extract, or index content from this Site
• Systematically downloading or harvesting text, images, service descriptions, pricing information, process documentation, or any other content

3.3 Competitive & Commercial Misuse

• Using Aegisys’s service descriptions, methodology documentation, or process frameworks to develop competing products or services

3.4 General Prohibited Conduct

4. Proprietary Processes & Methodologies

Aegisys has developed proprietary service delivery frameworks, onboarding methodologies, security assessment processes, support models, and operational procedures over 25+ years of practice. Descriptions of these processes published on this Site — including but not limited to the Hero Support model, SecureONE platform architecture, SOC 2 compliance workflows, disaster recovery frameworks, and client onboarding procedures — constitute confidential and proprietary intellectual property of Aegisys.

Publication of process descriptions on this Site does not constitute a waiver of proprietary rights or a license to replicate, adopt, or adapt these processes for any purpose. Any use beyond reading for personal informational purposes requires explicit written authorization from Aegisys.

5. Limited Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, Aegisys grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site solely for your own personal, non-commercial informational purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Download, store, or retain copies of content beyond what is necessary for a single viewing session
• Share, forward, or distribute content to third parties
