What happens if we need to access files after our subscription ends?
You retain your files for 30 days after cancellation. During that window, you can export all data and migrate to another platform. No data lock-in.
How often is MyCloud Private backed up?
Continuous replication with daily snapshots. If data is lost or corrupted, we can recover it within hours. Backup data stays in Canada.
Can we customize file retention and sharing policies?
